Camp Quality 2023 Tax Appeal
Camp quality are a charity that brings laughter and fun back into the lives of kids impacted by cancer. I was engaged to work with Camp Quality on their 2023 Tax Appeal campaign, having written the copy for the previous Tax and Christmas appeals.
Based on interview transcripts provided, I wrote the story of young Sophie, who was diagnosed with cancer at such a young age, and her mum, Amanda, who had her own cancer journey and childhood experience with Camp Quality.
For this campaign, I wrote the 4-page wave one letter and 2-page wave two letter, and their respective eDMs.
This campaign was incredibly successful for Camp Quality, smashing their ‘ambitious target’ (their words) by $40,000! The campaign also won the Fundraising Impact Through Creativity category at the Fundraising Institute Australia 2024 National Awards for Excellence in Fundraising!
I’m incredibly proud to have contributed to this campaign. Working on fundraising appeals and helping my clients raise funds to continue their vital work is so rewarding.
